Couple of Weeks back, We both were invited to Broadway- Gourmet Theatre on 27th main of HSR layout, to review the place..!!
Broadway is in the 4th floor giving the complete view of Agara Flyover and the view make anyone feel very light and fresh, as soon as we enter..!! Try choosing the seat outside, its just superb..!!
We infact arrived an hour earlier , but we didn’t know how did an hour go looking at the flyover and enjoying the evening breeze..!!
The main Concept of the Broadway is everything is plated and presented so dramatic and hyped, the ambiance and the Live Japanese Teppaanayaki grill..!!
The staff were very friendly and the Young Chef Ms.Tanvi is the special attraction of the place and was explaining every dramatic dish and made us feel comfortable.
We started with a Sanghria and the Brandy Cocoktail and then I chose some Jap Food, as I am So fond of these Eastern Cuisine, I ordered Gyoza Yasai, mixed veg and fruit Sushi, fresh tasty and crunchy..!!
Then came the Balsamic Pork belly, which was literally invaded by everyone and as Sanil says, its just perfect and tender..!!
Then the Broadway Nachos, the presentation was like as if the fresh crunch Nachos were caged for us and brought with the Salsa and Sour cream, was good though..!! yummy
Gochujang Cottage Cheese Floss- A must Try in here, with paneer with special masla is flossed around the stick..!! Wow..!!!
Texas Cornitos: Pockets of refried Beand and mexican dips and an Olive , presentation is too good and tastes good too..!!
Then we rushed to the Teppanayaki Live grill, the Chef Mr. Siva, did the best job with Veggies, Tofu and the Sea foods with the inhouse sauces..
Then came the Dish of the day, Raan ,looked so huge and well marinated cooked, served with roti, was wow and a must try in here.
Bamboo Biryani, Vegeterian wasnt really good.
But nonveg, was good as sanil says..!!
Desserts, Chocolate Bomb, was again dramatic, Hot chocolate Sauce poured and the chocolate layer melts and opens to Brownie and a scoop of Vanila Icecream and tasted good..!!
there were few more, but we couldn’t try..!!
Overall, it was hounor to be invited for a foodie to such a place..!!
