Arab, Karachi and Punjabi cuisines, I call them the sister cuisines as they cover the stretch of Northern Africa, Persian Gulf, Pakistan and Northern India. Adaptations of these cuisines do exist in wide range.Meat, Spices, Dry fruits, Healthy salads, Desserts, Savories, Fruit  Drinks, staples like rice, wheat Rotis, Naans, Parathas,  Biryanis have been the major and common part of the all the cuisines. Their desserts made of dry fruits, Biryanis with and without meat, rotis are adapted in all the Cuisines of India and few parts of Asia.

To bring  Bangaloreans more closer to these three cuisines, Hotel Karama,  in Mosque road, Frazer town, is doing its best with their food by the best team, with the best arabic interiors and feel. Hotel Karama is not new in serving best food as its part of Empire hotels.
