All the Masala Ingredients are dry roasted till red-brown and put in Mixture.

Now cook Brinjal, Potato,Capsicum just for two whistles in pressure cooker and try not to drain the water as it can be used to cook the semolina after tempering.

Tempering is done with heated pan with Ghee and oil, Mustard seeds and then Turmeric, chilies, Tomatoes, Onions, Coriander leaves, Few curry leaves.

After Fine roast, now add the cooked vegetables and retain the water and after a light fry, add the Masala Powder.
